Who am I?

With a computer science B.A obtained from Bridgewater College, I possess a strong foundation in troubleshooting, hardware repair, and object-oriented programming, including Java, C/C++, and Python. My experience as a restaurant manager at Bad Monkey Bar and Grill honed my leadership and interpersonal skills, culminating in our team winning 'Best Brunch' in the 2023 and 2024 Best of Ocean City® contests. This achievement, voted on by both locals and visitors, demonstrates my ability to lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role also developed my innate ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, working collaboratively with a team of managers to create an organized, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. I am passionate about leveraging my technical skills in web development and IT, particularly in a help desk role or as an IT Support Specalist where I will be able to use both my customer-focused attitude and my skillset and knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting. I am a strong leader and decisive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, team-focused environments. I am eager to contribute my skills to the IT industry and create impactful solutions.
